Black Rock is located between Mt. Irvine and Plymouth, within a 20 minute (walking) radius of 5 of the nicest beaches along the Caribbean north coast. Away from the crowds of the lower lying tourist districts like Crown Point and the Store Bay area, these beaches are much quieter and largely free from any sort of commercialisation. Turtel beach is a 1 minute,Grafton Beach is just a 5minute walk away. The Shirvan Rd. which runs along the lower part of the Caribbean north coast Rd. has become home to 1/2 dozen of Tobago's most popular restaurants. All are within a 5 10 min. drive of Black Rock. Recreational activities nearby this holiday home/vacation rental cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding.
